You’d be hard-pressed to find a band with a more impressive collective resume than Cimarron 615.

The quartet — just releasing its second, self-titled album — is a hall of fame-caliber assemblage, with credits that look like a who’s-who of Americana, country and rock history. “We’ve all been around a long time and done a lot of work — and a lot of it together,” notes drummer Rick Lonow. “There’s history here.”

Where the four musicians intersect is via the famed country-rock band Poco. Lonow and Jack Sundrud were its longtime rhythm section until the band ceased when co-founder Rusty Young died in 2021. Michael Webb played in the band for eight years, while Ronnie Guilbeau co-wrote Poco’s 1989 Top 20 single “Call It Love” with Lonow. Webb and Sundrud co-produced Poco’s All Fired Up album in 2013, and Lonow, Webb and Sundrud played on Young’s 2017 solo album, Waitin’ For the Sun.

Jack Sundrud      Bass, Vocals
Jack first became a member of Poco in the mid 80s and was the cornerstone of the lineup through the final incarnation of the band. Prior to joining Poco, Jack accompanied a host of Nashville artists including Vince Gill, Gail Davies, Gary Morris and fronted his own band, Great Plains. Jack is also a current member of Idlewheel, along with fellow C615 member Tom Hampton and Nashville songwriter Craig Bickhardt.

Michael Webb     Piano, Hammond Organ, Accordion, Mandolin, Vocals
Michael moved to Nashville from his native Kentucky and was playing shows before he’d unpacked his car – and has been going strong ever since. In demand as a session player and sideman, he’s toured with everyone from Hank Williams, Jr. to John Fogerty and many in between. Michael joined Poco in 2010 and brought an element of improvisational chops that delighted longtime fans of the band. His skills as a musician and songwriter are a core element of C615.

Rick Lonow         Drums, Percussion, Vocals
Long revered in Nashville as one of the most solid, dependable drummers in town, Rick’s talents as a songwriter were known to Poco audiences as a co-writer of one of the bands’ last hit singles (Call It Love) years before his arrival in the band in 2016. A veteran of countless sessions and tours (among them a stint in Burrito Deluxe with Sneaky Pete Kleinow and Garth Hudson), Rick’s talents as a songwriter and vocalist are on equal display as his musical chops in C615.

Ronnie Guilbeau       Guitar, Vocals
Ronnie was the last musician to join Cimarron 615, though his stylistic impact on the band’s sound was immediate. A musician extraordinaire hailing from the Southern California school that birthed The Byrds, The Eagles and The Flying Burrito Brothers, of whom he was a member, his powerhouse songwriting and guitar-slinging chops and expertise brought a more gritty sound to an otherwise sweet sounding group. His long laundry list of touring experience with many singer/songwriters include performing with fellow band member, Rick Lonow, with whom he co-wrote Poco’s last Top 20 hit single, “Call It Love.” Having been a lead member for two former bands, Palomino Road and GYG, Guilbeau brings his expertise in vocals, guitar, and songwriting to an Americana/Country Nashville favorite, Cimarron 615.
